My volunteer fire company (located in New Jersey) is holding a gift auction on November 19, 2016 and I was wondering if your company can donate an item to said auction. I have a donation letter which includes our tax exempt id number and some information about our company. Thank you for your time!

I bought the Boo Yah Beef & Cattle Call spices at a festival and you gave me a great recipe on how to use them on a Brisket. I followed the instructions and it turned out awesome. Now I can’t find the recipe/instructions you gave me. I think you said to put Cattle Call on the meat the night before and then add the Boo Yah before you put it on the grill? I will be cooking it on a pellet smoker over night for Thanksgiving. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
I really apologize this took me so long to respond. If you add the Boo Yah Beef to the trimmed brisket right out of the fridge. Let rest on counter for 30 min. then add the Cattle Call and let that sweat in for another 30 minutes. then put it on the smoker. So, pull your brisket out of the refrigerator season let rest uncovered for 30 min. then add Cattle Call and let it sit on the counter for another 30 min. Then put it on the smoker.
